During the week I have spent most of my life working for General Motors as a Waste Management Specialist. I am finally retired but I still work as a Waste Management Specialist to ensure plants store and dispose of waste properly.
I have always worked to ensure our waterways have stayed clean. In my extra time I help our next generation gain an appreciation for our waterways through working with local stream team projects.
In my play time though, I would rather be on the water. I love to take out the canoe that I made myself, but I also love to kayak. I have taken several trips with my friend Jerry Gotts. He and I have had some amazing adventures. We usually love to get in our canoes and kayaks for a week, camping at spots along the waterways we go down.
In those trips, I am always the official camp chef. We tried to divy it up 1/2 and 1/2 but no one wanted to eat the food Jerry would bring including Jerry. So he decided my way was a little better and tastier. My rule is to never cook anything that takes more than 10 minutes to throw together. There are two reasons for this. One, you don't want to use up all your camp fuel on one meal. And two, who wants to slave over the stove after paddling all day long?
I enjoy being outdoors and being active but I have also had my share of issues. My knees have always been a problem. Could have a little bit to do with my not really wanting to just take it easy

and stop doing the many things I love to do in life like Worliball (had some really painful weeks after those games) Basketball (or as my girls like to call it, Borgaczball-Fouls aren't called unless blood is drawn) and other sports. I found out a few years ago that my knees actually decide to slide sideways here and there so in order to keep being active I where special braces.
I've tried many different braces and techniques but I finally found the perfect knee braces that allow me to maintain the outdoor lifestyle I love so much!
